The applicable rate will be disclosed before a resident signs an agreement or makes a housing commitment.

Deez Place is designed for adults who can live independently and want a stable, comfortable shared-housing option without the cost and isolation that can come with living alone.
Homes are intended to be fully furnished, well-maintained and located with practical access to everyday needs. Residents arrange any personal care, clinical care or other support they need through their own providers or appropriate third parties.
